Research reveals creative agency inefficiency

Posted: Wed, 08 Nov 2006

As trading conditions for the creative industry continue to be tough, Agency Software Worldwide, has commissioned an independent survey looking at whether the industry is being hindered by poor management practices and inefficient use of agency time. The survey follows the latest Bellweather report, which predicts only a modest increase in marketing budgets next year and in advance of the 2006 WKS Annual Survey - Financial performance of the marketing services sector. Agency Software Worldwide is the developer of the creative industry's favourite management systems Rebus and Paprika.

The survey will reveal key insights including how much agency time is devoted to non-client activity, how agencies measure profitability and client satisfaction as well as whether clients are being more demanding and the greatest threats and challenges to the sector.

The results of the survey are to be announced at the launch of the company's new software, Paprika, on November 8th. The more sophisticated product is the result of an intensive development programme which has its strong foundations in the over 20 years experience of Agency Software Worldwide Ltd. working with and for creative agencies. Paprika provides a very user-friendly look and feel as well as improved functionality that will help agencies benefit from efficiencies in all aspects of their business.
