The Paprika package includes...
1. TRAINING - Critical to successful implementation, we have our own team of experienced and knowledgeable trainers on hand to manage and deliver successful start up of every new installation. And we can come back to help with your new recruits or to support system development. At Paprika we have learned that training starts with beliefs and behaviours - it's not just about which button to press.
We don't have a prescriptive approach to training. Every situation is, to some degree, unique and we will work with you to create the right program for your situation.
2. CONSULTING - Sometimes you need to stand back and take a view on how your business processes might be changed to improve performance. We can help. Our team of specialists can be called upon to help review performance, identify issues and propose solutions. Paprika will never enforce a process, but will provide the foundation for improvement of processes.
3. SUPPORT - Throughout the working day, your Support Team is only a phone call away. You choose from a range of support packages to match your needs. If things change, so can your selected support package - no problem.
4. LAYOUT - Your own identity is a valuable asset - so we offer bespoke layout services for all documentation created in Paprika (i.e. estimates, purchase orders, invoices, etc.). Paprika is here to fit your business, not the other way round!
