The agency world's favourite independent software company, Kent Computer Consultants, is re-branding as Agency Software Worldwide Ltd and is also launching the latest generation of its ever-popular Rebus system which will be named Paprika. The new version is a ground-up development, which will substantially improve functionality together with a new look and feel to make it the most-user-friendly agency management software available.
Agency Software Worldwide currently has operations in Spain, Italy, US and Australia as well as the UK, so the name change has been made to reflect the global expansion of the company over the last few years.
The company's flagship product - Rebus - is the creative industry's leading integrated job costing, client management and accounting software system. Originally developed over ten years ago, the system has built strong foundations and become respected as the number one tool to help agencies run effectively. But as the industry has developed and the management of agencies has became more challenging, Agency Software Worldwide could see the need for a much more sophisticated product. Paprika is the result of an intensive development programme, and the new upgraded software will help agencies benefit from efficiencies in all aspects of their business. The Paprika identity has been designed by freelance designer Sharon Crocker. Running the strapline 'powerful, productive, precise', the new look perfectly reflects the feel and functionality of a modern-day user-friendly product.
Luisa Pollini-Kommu, International Marketing Manager for Agency Software Worldwide Ltd explains the name changes, "The name Paprika was chosen because it is easily pronounceable in many different languages, which is important for international users across the globe. It is also easy to recall and people can relate to it on a daily basis. Agency Software Worldwide reflects exactly what we do; with operations all around the world, we are in a unique position to help agencies operate to maximum efficiency both locally and internationally".
Paprika's official launch will take place on Wednesday 8th November 2006.
